Shipping policy
Every print is made to order in Bengaluru and packed flat with board backing inside a rigid outer sleeve. Framed orders travel with the plexiglass taped and the corners protected.
Where we ship
Anywhere in India with a serviceable PIN code. We do not ship internationally yet. If your address turns out to be unserviceable we will tell you and refund the order in full.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order, to every PIN code we deliver to. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for remote addresses, so the price shown on the product page is the price you pay.
Dispatch
Orders leave us within 2 to 3 business days of payment. That covers printing, the quality check and packing. In a festive rush it can stretch to 4 business days, and we say so on the site when it does.
Delivery times after dispatch
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Other cities: 5 to 7 business days
- Remote PIN codes: 7 to 10 business days
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Tracking
A tracking link reaches you by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If your order is more than four days past its delivery estimate, write to bloomandhorizonstudio@gmail.com and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Damage in transit
If a print arrives damaged, email photographs of the print and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. The full terms are in our return and refund policy.
