Refund policy
Every print sold by Bloom & Horizon is made to order in Bengaluru, India. Nothing is held in stock, which shapes everything below.
If your order arrives damaged or wrong
Email bloomandhorizonstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the print and of the outer packaging it arrived in. We will send a replacement free of charge and you keep the damaged one. There is no form to fill in and nothing to post back to us.
When we refund instead of replacing
A replacement is our first answer to every problem. We refund when a replacement will not solve it:
- the print is no longer available to reprint
- we sent the wrong print and the one you ordered cannot be supplied
- delivery has failed more than once because of us or our courier
- you cancelled before the order was dispatched
- your address turns out to be unserviceable by our courier
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned to the method you paid with. Orders paid on delivery are refunded by UPI, so we will ask you for a UPI ID. You receive the full price of the print. We absorb the payment gateway’s processing fee rather than passing it on to you.
Change of mind
Because each print is made for your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If you tell us within a few hours of ordering, and before the print goes to press, we will change the size or the frame for you.
Cancelling an order
Write to us before your order is dispatched and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is printed and with the courier we cannot pull it back.
Colour, materials and normal variation
Screens are backlit and paper is not, so a print reads a little deeper and softer than it does on a phone. These are art prints on 240gsm archival matte paper, not hand-painted originals or numbered editions, and frames are polished plexiglass rather than glass. Small variations in colour between one batch and the next are normal and are not a defect.
