Both are drawn to scale on the sizes page, framed and unframed, with the outer dimensions in centimetres.

Nothing, on every order and every serviceable pin code in India. There is no minimum and no remote surcharge.

Photographs, then a replacement.
Damage in transit is rare and it is on us when it happens. You keep the damaged print and post nothing back.
What to do
Photograph the print and the outer packaging it came in, within 48 hours of delivery.
Email both to hello@bloomandhorizon.com with your order number.
We reply within one working day and send a replacement. Nothing goes back to us.
